Subject:  Silver tea pot:

Hi, my name is Danie i'm not sure if i'm writting to the right person, but maybe you can help me.
22 years ago my friend gave me a silver tea pot
On the front of the tea pot:
Hotel St-George
Jerusalem

Under the tea pot:
Orfevrerie
H.Beard
Montreux

I can't find anything under that name H.Beard and nothing about the Orfevrerie Montreux

Dear sir,
Are you sure the teapot is in sterling siver, it might be that it's in silver plate if it is engraved Hotel St George Jerusalem. Hotel Silver was mostly done in Plate.
If so, then you'll never find any infos about the marks in books because there is no study made yet.
If it were in sterling silver and french , the makers mark (initials) would appear in a losange form and besides : the Minerva's Head or the Mercura's Head for the french standard mark
